Use it responsibly

You must be legally able to agree to these terms. Do not use Underdog to break the law, violate anyone’s rights, harm people or systems, bypass security, or access anything without permission.

What’s yours and what’s ours

You keep the rights to anything you bring to Underdog. You give us permission to handle it only as needed to provide Underdog. Underdog itself—including its software, design, and brand—belongs to us or our licensors.

It’s a work in progress

Underdog may change, break, or go away. We may limit or end access when needed. You can stop using it at any time.

No promises

We provide Underdog “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect, special, or consequential losses related to your use of Underdog. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us during the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as Underdog changes. We’ll post the new version here and update the date above. If you keep using Underdog, you accept the updated terms.
